Appointments

6.3.20 - PLEASE NOTE ONLINE ACCESS TO APPOINTMENT BOOKING HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS SITUATION

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause - you can still order your repeat medication and access your coded record.

Appointments are made through the receptionist team, either by telephone or in person during office hours. They can also be booked online (details below). You may be asked to speak to a doctor to assess the urgency of your request. It is likely that our receptionists will ask you for a brief idea of the reason you wish to see a doctor or a nurse. This is because members of our clinical team have differing skills and our nurses run Minor Ailment sessions. By asking the reason for your appointment request we can make sure you are offered an appointment in the most appropriate clinic. The first appointment of the day is at 8.30am. A few appointments each day are pre-bookable, the others can be booked 'on the day'. We have found this reduces the number of missed appointments and offers more flexibility for our patients.
