Repeat Prescriptions

 

 REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

 

Requests for repeat medication can be orderd via any of the following methods:

  • via email to: capccg.prescriptionsqemp@nhs.net
  • via Systmonline (you will need to register for this - please see details below)
  • via the NHS App - details of how to get this can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
  • In writing - by dropping your request at the practice (or by posting to us) 'repeat prescription request' forms  can be found in the lobby of the practice

       NB - WE CANNOT TAKE REQUESTS BY PHONE

PLEASE ALLOW 2 CLEAR WORKING DAYS BETWEEN SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST AND COLLECTING THE MEDICATION FROM THE PHARMACY OF YOUR CHOICE*

*All prescriptions are now sent electronically directly to the pharmacy of your choice. This is called your 'nominated pharmacy'. Please let us know which pharmacy you would like it sent to on your request. If you do not have a preferred pharmacy, the prescription will still be issued electronically and you will be able to go to any pharmacy and pick up the medication using your NHS number (which can be given to you by the practice)

Online Services

You can order your repeat prescriptions online.

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

To use SystmOnline you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

Friends and Family Test

Privacy Protection

We use the information entered into this form only for the purposes of processing your Friends & Family Test submission. Information entered into this form is stored and accessed securely by designated Practice staff.

Issues raised in comments may be discussed between relevant members of the Practice. The information is used for quality monitoring purposes, in line with the expectations of the patients submitting the feedback.

The form does not require personal information. Any personal information transmitted via this form may be anonymised by the Practice when this is required to ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation.

All submissions are collated and sent to NHS England.

This information is retained for up to 28 days.
