Queen Edith's PPG Re-Launch 2026

Sadly, at the end of 2025, Alan, the long-standing and very committed Chair of our PPG, passed away following a period of illness. Alan had been at the helm for 10 years and helped the group grow strongly and acheive many things such as producting quarterly newsletters, the organising of regular community information talks, the production of a Directory of Health and Social Services for Older Adults amongst many other things. The group has also been invaluable in supporting the practice during mass vaccination.

Unfortunately, following the Covid pandemic and in subsequent years, memeber numbers dwindled and the group has been unable to be as active as it once was and finding new members to take over committee roles proved increasingly difficult including finding a new long-term Chair.

Therefore, during early 2026 the practice will be aiming to re-launch our PPG with the help of the current Interim Chair, Michele.

Please look out for further information coming soon, but in the meantime, if you are interested in joining the group and helping to takie it into the future, please emaile Claire Surridge, Practice Manager via:
